Minimum of 2+ years experience in a high volume call center, preferably automotive, powersports, automotive finance, sales, or acquisitions.

Supervises all cash posting activities performed by Cash Services associates and supports the Cash Services Manager.

Staff responsibilities include posting remittance advice to patient accounts, resolving any errors after posting payments, posting guarantor payments, reconciling cash posted.

Ensemble Associate to obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of hire – employer-funded

Monitors staff productivity and coaches when necessary.

Works with internal and external customers to make key decisions, impacting either the organization as a whole or an individual patient.

Works closely with ancillary departments to establish and maintain positive relations to ensure revenue cycle goals are achieved.

Previous experience dealing handling payments and balancing accounts helpful

Receive payments made electronically, by paper check, and credit card

Post payments accurately and in a timely manner

Record and reconcile all postings against a bank statement or similar document

Ensure assigned accounts are balanced daily

Storage and handling requirements of various types of welding rods.

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship in welding.

Experience: One year of experience in combination welding. Heavy rail welding and repair experience are desirable.

Methods and techniques of arc, gas, MIG and TIG welding, particularly as applied to field situations.

Types of welding rods and materials and their applications. Types of welding gasses and mixtures.

Safety practices pertaining to the work, including the use of eye, respiratory and hand protection.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Data-oriented with basic proficiency in MS Office Applications, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create detailed reports

Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related accounting experience

Prior medical billing experience preferred

Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Along with the management team keep a tidy and organized back of house, following safety and security requirements

Ensure the correct key handling procedures are adhered to by all staff and management

Along with Management ensures that the truck is processed and follows up on execution according to guidelines

Train and educate the staff and management teams on administration procedures

Basic computer skills such as browser navigation, software interaction, and data entry are needed

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience

Strong knowledge of cash management principles, financial analysis, and banking operations.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to cash management.

Implement and maintain effective cash management procedures and controls to minimize errors, fraud, and financial risks.

Prepare and analyze cash management reports, including cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cash management.

Your responsibilities as the Treasury Accountant are:

Prepare and maintain statement of cash flows

Prepare and distribute the daily cash report

Posting cash payments, resolving customer discrepancies, and reconciling the GL with the AR and AP reports

Analyze debit memos and short pays for credit memo or collection submissions

Bank Account reconciliations and corresponding journal entries.
