Detailed Job Description Case Manager Assistants are responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Case Managers. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating patient care. They also assist with the development of care plans, ensuring that all necessary services are provided. Additionally, Case Manager Assistants may provide assistance with patient education, provide referrals to other healthcare providers, and provide support to family members. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
