Acts as a resource for customers and retailers regarding product and technical questions with the right amount of empathy and urgency.
Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat within expected standards.

What is Care Guide Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• Licensure or certification in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred

What is Care Guide Knowledge?

• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse issues
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and conflict resolution

What is Care Guide Experience?

• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
• Previous experience working with diverse populations
