A Care Guide is a professional who provides support and guidance to individuals and families in need of assistance. They are responsible for assessing the needs of the individual or family, developing a plan of care, and providing resources and support to help them achieve their goals.

What is Care Guide Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• Licensure or certification in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred

What is Care Guide Knowledge?

• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse issues
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and conflict resolution

What is Care Guide Experience?

• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
• Previous experience working with diverse populations
