Project management and quantitative analysis experience
Lead and/or support the management of external relationships and communications with current and prospective partners and/or vendors as needed.
Experience managing a team of 20+ employees (including managers/supervisors) within a warehouse Logistic setting.
Manage the modification of standard operating procedures (SOP) by developing and documenting protocols, engaging key stakeholders throughout the process.
Liaise with all departments (Sales, Finance, People) to ensure regular and productive cross-department communication, organization, and planning.
Work with CEO and CFO/Director of Finance on production enhancements requiring CapEx investment.
