Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.

Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of experiences.

Present design work to user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback.

2+ years of design experience and an available online portfolio demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions and mockups

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), a related field, or 4+ years of additional experience

Experience with a Figma as well as a variety of other design tools (e.g. Sketch, Illustrator)

Collaborate with developers and the project team to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.

Proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a confidential or sensitive project environment.

Front-end engineering experience and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and create user personas, user stories, and user flows.
