Campus Assessment Coordinator Jobs in Texas

Provide general knowledge and guidance in special education laws, policies and procedures to district personnel.

Assist Special Education Region Managers in solving logistical and operational issues related to special education service delivery and compliance.

Assist Special Education Region Managers in determining appropriate campus-based special education personnel allocations as assigned.

Required 5+ Direct - Five years teaching experience in special education or a directly related field

Respond to campus requests for assistance and provide assistance to campuses in resolving special education-related issues and concerns.

Preferred Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with required endorsements for subject and subject level assigned/Special Education

Five years of directly related experience, management experience, curriculum development and professional development experience

Manage and monitor the higher education partnerships and campus relationships, and board documents

Design, implement, monitor, support, communicate, and continuously improve K-12 education

Manage and monitor the industry partners and campus relationships, and board documents

Work closely with the director and/or the executive director to manage departmental initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in education, Master’s degree preferred

Must have basic computer skills. Experience working with Pearson online testing, Texas Assessment Management Systems (TAMS), MYDATA Portal, and Chancery preferred

Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience preferred as a Campus Test Coordinator, principal, or assistant principal. Must hold teacher certification

Knowledge of assessment and operational planning skills to ensure the effective implementation of the District’s testing program

Must meet qualifications as a TELPAS rater

Develop student rosters for special testing conditions (Special Education, 504, ELLs & retesters).
