Maintains and organizes all PAI documentation in the IRF-PAI Manual.

Initiates the PAI form within 24 hours of the patients admission.

Printed copy of the PAI is signed and placed into the patients medical record at discharge.

Prepares reports using the data collected, to enhance IRU program evaluation and P.I., as assigned and appropriate.

Effectively communicates with interdisciplinary team members when collecting clinical data and discussing cases for PAI preparation.

Demonstrates flexibility in relationships with staff and physicians; maintains good rapport.

One (1) year of full-time professional work experience. Appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

Experience with general computing and spreadsheets or ability to learn on the job.

Knowledge of academic assessment at the collegiate level (both implementation and provenance to the institution).

Coordinate education and training for the University community regarding reporting and associated information related to the threat assessment and management process.

Five years of experience directly involved in the threat assessment of individuals and behavioral management.

Collect and assess data for reporting related to threat assessment and management.

Maintain the threat assessment and management website.

Experience within a higher education setting working with multi-unit, multi-disciplinary teams, and coordinating institutional processes.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive and multi-faceted communications, awareness and education/training programs for varied audiences.

Must have experience with completion of ISRA [Information Security Risk Assessment] assessment activity

2-4 years in information security analysis with a focus on Risk Assessments

Must be able to assist with identification of security findings and tracking of risk treatment.

Will be supporting SME’s and Security Analysts in support of the Risk Assessment team
