Overview of Requirements and Responsibilities:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisor/management experience

Act as a role model in CTF’s Desk Standards of Care to deliver a memorable client experience

In coordination with the General Manager, facilitate the scheduling of staff and make labor adjustments as necessary to meet business needs

Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face client experience

Strong computer skills including being proficient in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office

Experience with D2L Brightspace learning management system, or other digital learning environments, and instructional technology tool integration.

Assist with providing support to Texas A&M University System’s learning management system to all system-members.
