You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)

You’ve acquired 6+ months of experience of phone-based customer service or face-to-face customer service experience.

Make outbound phone calls to patients to assist with activation of their monitoring device and provide technical support.

You will train for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm ET with an Educator in a structured environment.

After training you will begin a 12-week ramp-up period and work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm ET.

Knowledge of commercial internet, video, data, and telephone products and services.

Customer Service and/or Telecommunication Sales Experience - 1+

ICOMS and/or CSG work experience, or experience with similar billing software - 1+

Customer Service and/or Telecommunication Sales Experience - 2+

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and professional manner.
