Job Description
:
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and recommendations to improve processes and tools
  • Perform data analysis, develop standard and ad hoc reporting, and maintain process documentation
  • Partner with product teams to manage changes related to business roles, process roles, and system access profiles for system access
  • Analyze, manage ITSM ticket queue, and facilitate change requests (CRs) related to business roles, process roles and system access profiles
  • Manage large amounts of client-specific data
  • Support system access team with executing responsibilities
Required Skills:
  • Experience with file merging is preferred
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational experience
  • Experience with SAP, preferably with business processes and/or system access roles in the SAP Customer Facing areas (e.g. Market to Order and Order to Cash)
  • 2+ years of IT/Data Management/Analytics
  • Experience team player working with global teams with a position personality
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR equivalent experience
  • Advanced data analysis background (utilizing vlookups, pivot tables, and automating large Excel documents) with attention to details
  • Experience creating ad hoc reports
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment (problem solver)
  • Experience with Power BI is helpful
