Prepare Engineering Reports, Qualification Reports and Product Design Review Documents and make effective presentations

5+ years of experience in EEE parts selection

Provide vendors with recommendations for qualification and acceptance testing that will properly satisfy verification of requirements.

Provide input to program/project specifications and ensure appropriate materials requirements are incorporated into all program/project specifications at the right level.

Review project/program documentation and specifications to ensure Materials and Processes requirements are met for spaceflight hardware.

Assess whether standard vendor processes meet requirements, and if not, clearly define changes that need to be implemented.

Knowledge in engineering drawing review for materials and processes.

Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook, knowledge of retail development processes and management experience in same.

10+ years of relevant work experience in Strategic Planning, Logistics, or Operations Management

BA/BS in a related field or equivalent in education and experience

Collaborate with Development team disciplines and sister departments like indirect procurement, IT, and Finance to streamline processes and to improve results.

5-8 years of supervisory experience

Collaborate with the Development Center of Excellence to ensure linkage with capital initiative team as well as design & construction processes.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

SuccessFactors implementations experience in legal industry domain;

Design end user roles, permissions for country specific, role specific target populations for employee central, payroll and benefits;

Design and set up of Benefit processes in EC Benefits including integrations involving Integration center and CPI.

Experience must involve 2 years in the following:

Design Time-off accrual rules for accrual, proration and carry forward for various leave types; and
