Business Process Operations Partner Jobs

Have proven experience in business process change management, process analysis, and optimisation

Are an experienced Project Manager

Ideally have some technical experience using BigQuery, SQL.

Identifying, analysing, and documenting existing business processes across various teams within operations

Developing and implementing cross functional process improvement initiatives and strategies

Supporting with technology needs identification alongside product, engineering, and varied stakeholder groups within operations

5+ years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience

IT - Design, simplify, and automate finance and payment workflows and partner on system enhancements to help automate workflows to scale

Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate large data sets

Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional meetings

Adaptable - You are comfortable in an ever-changing ecosystem of content, finance and accounting issues and projects

Industry experience is a plus

· Minimum of five (5) years of health care administration or process management experience.

· Exposure to agile and waterfall project management methodologies and tools.

· Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with MS SharePoint.

· Experience in training staff in front-office procedures preferred.

Performs other position related duties as specified by management

Lead and manage staff, labor, and vendors to achieve established safety, financial and production goals.

Responsible for maintaining staff discipline during the shift and communicate to Shift Manager as needed.

Supervise and ensure smooth execution of gates activities and diligently manage exceptions with the Gate manager.

Leads other responsibilities/projects/initiatives as required.

Collaboration - Ability to exchange and adapt skills when working together across boundaries

10+ years operational management experience

Proven solid interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management, staff, and external clients

Experience leading large scale BPO organizations (contact centers, claims processing, provider enrollments)

Experience with automation to improve productivity

Business development experience leading a start-up or turnaround

Proven solid leadership and strategic planning skills within a matrixed environment

Individual must have strategic agility, change management skills and the confidence required to take innovative risks

Must be able to quickly develop effective working relationships, exhibit strong conflict management skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task

Implementation of robust performance management processes and leadership reviews in conjunction with the broader Reservations organization

Leads and mentors a team of managers, analysts and specialists assigned to the management team

Integration of partners into the broader Reservations culture to ensure partners are aligned with customer quality, performance requirements and approach

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Individual must have strategic agility, change management skills and the confidence required to take innovative risks

Must be able to quickly develop effective working relationships, exhibit strong conflict management skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task
