Strong project management skills; formal business analyst training a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Follow project management lifecycle in accordance with DFCI, DF/HCC, MGB, and group specific standards

Manage medium to large sized projects from inception to completion (team communication, timelines, signoffs, scope changes, etc.)

Elicit and document functional requirements for on-going implementation projects; Evaluate processes, propose improvements, and educate user base.

Clinical or basic research experience a plus

Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes. Use project management skills in delivering system benefits to the hospital.

Flexible team player with strong project management and organizational skills.

Prior experience and/or certification in Workday application also preferred.

Knowledge and experience with health care information systems or knowledge of processes and workflows in business and clinical settings.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues as identified by HR and Payroll teams or by staff managers.

Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train trainers/education team on new processes/functionality.
