Business Process Administrator Jobs in Texas

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field and 4 years of relevant experience.

Experience with Labor Management software strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of management and customers.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities by analyzing Labor Management data.

Develop and run required labor management system reports for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of individual and department level metrics.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related discipline;

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;

The production, delivery and analysis of timely management information (both financial and non-financial) to stakeholders across the business;

Superior organization skills and ability to manage multiple information streams concurrently;

The ability to present complex financial issues concisely, up to a business management level;

Help monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and efficiency.

Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills

Familiar with all phases of project management

One to three years of related prior work experience

Helpful, knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude

Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries

Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
