Business Performance Operations Manager Jobs in Texas

Strong operational background and knowledge of how fitness franchise businesses operate successfully through understanding of business management and strategic initiatives

Minimum 5 years prior related experience required.

Prior experience in operations of multi-unit fitness studios required

Prior experience building business portfolios that helped maximize EBITDA

Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning required.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams required

This position is working in the Austin, TX office 2 days a week and 3 days remote.

• Experience working for a Transmission, Distribution or similar utility.

• Experience directing, coordinating and working with cross-functional teams.

• Prior work experience in strategic and scenario planning.

• Experience in metrics, benchmarking and the creation of dashboards and other visualizations.
