Business Performance Operations Manager Jobs in Arkansas

Strong prior knowledge of project management or program management execution

Experience with work management tools and agile taxonomy and nomenclature

Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies

Strong technical understanding to determine value, prioritization and/or critical problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree highly preferred or minimum of 7 years' proven relevant work experience.

Solid understanding and experience in both engineering and agile practices

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.

Experience with project management tools

Identify and mitigate risks as they present themselves and helping to create and manage performance improvement plans as needed

Perform other related responsibilities as required.

Experience with dashboard creation and report out methodologies

Experience in value-based care and Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage policy, plan operations, data, and financial methodologies is a plus
