Hr Business Partner Staff Jobs

3+ years’ previous work experience in a business environment.

Previous experience working in Human Resources in an administrative support role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.

Daily adminstration of employee attendance tracking.

Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.

Assist with on demand tasks and projects.

Deep knowledge and experience with Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., if/then statements, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas)

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HRIS, Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, Finance) to implement improvements related to Compensation and cross-functional processes

Implement and maintain compensation resources and tools that drive transparency, self-service, and a first-class experience for our leaders, employees, and partners.

6+ years of broad-based Compensation experience; Technology or Fin-Tech industry experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with influencing and guiding senior leadership

Strong planning and organizational skills

Maintains Excel spreadsheets, databases, and web-based learning management systems within the department.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Manages the daily operation of the office and any duties assigned.

Requires two years of relevant experience.

Must have excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Provides high level administrative support to a team of professionals, including backup for the Senior Vice President of UHR’s Executive Assistant.

Data management skills on various platforms

Data Management: Implementation Tracking & Maintenance = 30%

Work with Total Talent Management (recruitment) to receive and distribute candidate information.

Ensure instructions are created for data management systems; set up and maintenance.

BA in Business, HR Management, or other applicable degrees

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Support and engage the Development Team and other Program Managers at Do Good fundraisers, activities, and other events

Reports To: Program Manager and Team Lead Supervisor

Process resident/client intakes and discharges with completion of associated forms.

Maintain effective communication with all staff, programs, and community partners.

Maintain safe environment for shelter staff and participants

Attend supervision, staff meetings & any appropriate community professional meetings.

Experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, Workforce Planning and Management, Compensation, and/or Project Management.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects through part of lifecycle (design, develop, and/or implement).

Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel including the ability to develop and analyze metrics.

Ability to travel as needed in support of client requirements.

Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, business acumen skills.

Experience with Excel pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.
