Participates in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, user training and documentation.

Translates business requirements to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design.

Researches and documents business issues.

Tests and documents solutions. Serves as liaison between users of the software and technical staff.

Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in operational role.

Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred.

Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office products to include (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).

Team Player, Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.

Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources; identify and communicate business needs as necessary

Note: An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered.

Associates degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, finance, environmental science, or a closely related field.

Two (2) years of experience that included performing research and analysis or preparing analytical reports.

Desirable: Experience performing research and data analyses for a water or wastewater utility or public works organization.

Desirable: Experience as an administrative or business analyst for a public sector organization.
