5+ years in a finance management role

Deep understanding of and experience with financial controls, business performance management and process optimization

Deep accounting knowledge with project accounting experience

Knowledge of multiple business models and experience of working with a variety

Understand the principles of change management and demonstrated ability to champion and drive change.

Communication: strong verbal and written skills within finance, across the organization including leadership and with external parties.

Budget Reviews: Help regional team with preparation of financial presentation to senior management

Software skills: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint essential; experience in financial accounting software

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA degree desirable

5+ years of relevant experience, including accounting and financial statement analysis and financial modeling experience

Healthcare industry experience beneficial but not required

Experience in Business Intelligence software preferred

9+ years of sales, marketing, relationship management and/ or business development experience in the healthcare finance industry

Assist in risk management activities as directed by team leader on behalf of the business team

Source, develop, and onboard new healthcare finance business through OEMs, dealers/distributors, intermediaries, and leasing companies

Negotiate terms and pricing within prescribed business line parameters to meet financial and risk return requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
