Business Development Operations Analyst Internship Jobs

5 years’ experience supporting change management and continuous improvement.

2 years Project management experience, informal or formal.

Define and create user personas to understand key traits, behaviors, goals, responsibilities, and needs of a specific type of user.

5 years’ experience with moderately complex systematic improvement projects.

Experience supporting one or more of the functional areas noted.

Support the team and project delivery by identifying and reducing any bottlenecks, blockers or friction.

Craft and implement processes or tools to reduce friction and optimally use resources.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment, supporting internal projects and senior leadership.

Ability to problem solve while navigating differing viewpoints and ideas, and remaining open to new ideas and potential failures.

Sound judgment, with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and quickly mitigate.

High levels of attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking project metrics.
