Business Development Manager For Cro Services Jobs in Texas

General knowledge of content management systems and data analysis tools (knowledge of Hybris and Google Analytics preferred but not required)

Vendor Management, managing the relationship with our 3rd party merchandising tools

Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork

Partner with finance, marketing, analytics and supply chain to develop and execute merchandising tests.

4-6+ years’ experience in an E-Commerce role.

Strong detail orientation, organizational, and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.

·Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with customers and key stakeholders, good conflict management skills

·Collaborate with marketing, project managers and production team to develop strategies that promote customer acquisition and retention.

·MS degree required, advanced degree in science or commensurate experience is preferred (e.g. PhD, MBA)

·Experience in sales or business development isa plus

·Strong influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Maintain existing customers through trust based relationships and high quality customer support.
