Business Consulting Assistant Jobs in Texas

Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of Human Resource Management or related experience

Professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

Partners with key decision making business leaders to craft, execute and drive the delivery of the Talent strategy.

Serves as the single point of contact for all Talent related initiatives and activities.

5+ years of direct consulting experience or work in consulting-like areas like strategy, business planning, financial management

Build and manage a high-performing project teams, providing on-the-job mentorship and guidance to support their professional development and Customer engagement

Develop partnerships aimed at scaling up ABC delivery capabilities in Americas

Fluent English, with excellent speaking and writing skills
