Broker Manager Jobs in Arkansas

3 years minimum of sales experience required; account management experience required

The Broker Experience Manager will be a critical member of a larger team with the following responsibilities:

Homes financed: 52,000+ projects funded for our customers across the country. 95% of projects have successful exits

Becoming a market expert on our competition and what different lenders are offering our brokers for financing

Minimum 3 years experience within non-QM real estate lending industry

Experience selling bridge fix and flip loans as well as DSCR rental loans required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience as an Account Manager required.

Excellent listening skills in order to present the correct solution.

Self directed, self motivated contributor with top notch decision making skills.

Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of DAT products, features, and pricing.
