Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment are required.

Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills are required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Accounting/Finance or related field preferred and 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Experience or knowledge in transportation, logistics, parcel shipping or freight pay is preferred.

Developing standard operating procedures based on the direction from manager.

In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Experience with SQL is preferred.

Knowledge of computerized maintenance management, procurement and service ticket systems

5 years of experience managing skilled trades facilities personnel

Strong understanding of maintenance practices of critical operating equipment including LOTO, hazard identification and appropriate PPE requirements

5 years of supervisory experience

OSHA certifications (10, 30, 50)

Performs welding, soldering, and brazing on difficult production and prototype instrumentation piece parts.

Possess good customer service skills

Must demonstrate satisfactory oral and written communication skills, including the ability to describe incidents via verbal briefing and written report

Must have an Active TS/SCI w/poly US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TS/SCI w/poly Clearance

Ability to walk and stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day

Possess the visual acuity to observe the activities of other individuals from a moderate distance

Repair rejected coils by pulling and replacing tubes and sweating off copper joint

Prepare components for coil build

Prepare coils for expanding or brazing

Braze coil with various type rods

Read blueprints and use simple arithmetic

Must be flexible, problem solving oriented, acceptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.

Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge

Experience working in a warehouse

Staging customer orders for delivery

Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damage

Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accurately

Keeping warehouse clean, neat and organized

Cooperating and communicating with team members and management to ensure that data is properly entered and used for relevant purposes

Strong data entry skills with high speed and accuracy
