Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Generate and manage leads targeting new customers.

Manage listings while monitoring pricing and sales trends.

Work closely with the Sales team and General manager to identify vessels that are in demand and focus on listing those.

Engage sellers in persuasive conversations, highlighting the benefits of listing with our company.

Good organization, attention to detail, and time management.

Previous experience in inventory, material handling, part picking, or similar position is preferred.

Experience using RF scanning devices.

Operate various equipment such as: forklifts and trash/cardboard compactors

Put away materials and restock pick locations using an order picker

Open containers using hand held tools
