Biopharma Consultant Jobs in Massachusetts

Relationship management: To manage clients expectations and deal with issues before they arise, pushing back on requests as needed.

Develop, manage, and expand relationships with stakeholders of all levels in the client organizations maintaining a high cadence of contact.

Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role in the Life Science, HealthTech, Pharma, Biotech or Diagnostics industry.

Previous experience with AI-based products/technologies is a plus

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels.

Minimum of 8 years demonstrated successful pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology enterprise level business development / account management experience

Effectiveness working within life science companies, as well as being a partner to them

Cross-functional partnerships with experts and strategic leaders in pharma, as well as Board level executives in Biotech.

Comfortability with therapeutics, diagnostics and data.

BA or BS in life sciences desirable (Advanced degree, MBA a plus)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years; or 10+ years experience in a similar role is required  

Experience: 5 years of demonstrated ability in inventory movement (Shipping, Inventory Control, Receiving) is required  

2 years of experience in a lead or supervisor capacity in an ISO environment is required  

2 years of experience with ERP systems is required  

Inventory movement and warehousing equipment experience (RF Scanner, pallet jack, etc) is required  

Collaboration Tool: MS Office Suite experience Excel expert preferred
