Conducts coordination of benefit reviews.

Proficient in Workers' Comp knowledge of New York state guidelines preferred.

This position is remote and will work Eastern/Central time zone schedule.

Interprets policy provisions and approves or denies payments on all but the most complex or questionable claims.

Corresponds with insurers and providers.

Adjudicate large state self-insured workers' comp fund.

Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of the BOM in the Great Plain system.

5+ years of experience managing Bill of Materials in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Great Plain systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

Organize and maintain the player boards for the general manager and assistant general manager.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic coding knowledge in SQL or Python

Must be detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience producing a reliable work product under stressful circumstances.

Experience working with individuals of a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs.

Additional programming experience with at least one scripting language is a plus.

·Codes provider bills in accordance with claims management system notes and program guidelines

·Compares provider network status and qualifications with service provided.

Education Level: High School Graduate/GED

·Keys pre-coded billing data into the system.

·Identifies and escalates complex bills per documented guidelines.

·Performs other duties as assigned.

Task and time management / prioritization

Experience with DecisionPoint Medical Bill Review Software.

5+ Years experience with establishing custom business rules in a bill review application to enhance system performance and outcomes.

3+ years in formal requirements gathering processes.

3+ years testing and quality assurance experience.

Proven soft skills track record with:
