Perform catalog management maintenance for customer order guides

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Offers Sales and Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (phone and email) such as general inquiries, feedback or incidents

Fully Remote Customer Service Representative Bi-Lingual- Spanish Representative

Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution industry is preferred.

Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills

Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services and promotions

Verbal and written communication skills required in both English and Spanish

Working knowledge of Windows-based software

Experience working in a Customer Service related field or call center environment, a plus
