Complete all monthly invoice reconciliation for all benefit invoices (master and client sponsored)
Process monthly ACA reporting and extend offers of coverage as appropriate
Ensure plans and operations are compliant with rules (including ERISA, IRS, HR laws, etc.) and manage risk
Have PEO or HR Shared Service experience | Preferred
