Senior Benefits and Wellness Manager:

Responsible for creating and distributing employee benefits communications during and outside of Open Enrollment.

Monitor costs and effectiveness of benefit programs, identifying opportunities to contain or reduce costs.

5 years of management experience

Serve as a liaison between HR, Legal, Audit, Finance & Accounting for Benefits matters

Manage an internal team of professional analysts processing benefits accounting invoices

8 Years of Accounting, or Finance experience

Demonstrated financial analysis skills with ability to complete cost-benefit analysis and develop recommendations from the analysis

Able to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously (superior organization and planning skills)

Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Finance or related discipline or equivalent combination of education & relevant experience

Strong collaboration and communication skills with different groups including leadership, employees, Benefits Brokers, third party administrators, and auditors

Minimum of 5 – 7 years of related work experience in benefits administration

Experience and understanding of applicable federal and local regulations pertaining to benefits (ERISA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.)

Design, plan, and implement corporate benefits programs, policies, and procedures

Manage all compliance activities including ACA reporting and filings, non-discrimination testing and various state and federal reporting

Collaborates with Senior Leadership and Finance to develop and manage the annual benefits budget

Serves as Lead Admin for Flock's workforce management platform, UKG.

Provides ongoing proactive education and communication to employees about their benefits package, including plan options, enrollment periods, and eligibility criteria.

Drives relationship with our Benefits Broker, HUB International, to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Leverages their analytical skills to provide reports and insights to senior leadership, helping to inform benefits program decisions and drive engagement.

5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, with a strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance.
