Superior analytical skills to understand reporting need and requirements and ability to translate into specifications and/or develop reports.

Organizational skills to plan, coordinate, manage and set priorities effectively.

Knowledge/Experience of UCPath Navigation, Onbase, AggieService, PeopleAdmin, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Programs

Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training

Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, systems and organizational structure and understanding of how they interrelate.

Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills to research, evaluate, interpret, and compile information to clearly define issues and recommend solutions.

Ensure employee benefit packages are administered accurately and effectively

Prepare reports on employee benefit programs

Communicate any approved changes in benefit plans to employees

Assist in the collection of compensation and benefits data and providing classification, compensation, benefits, and other information as required

Ensure all benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions are accurate and current

Enroll new employees in benefit plans and process employee changes
