Management Experience: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

Associate Degree OR 2 years of job-related analytical experience.

2 years of experience working in systems analysis, statistical analysis, claims processing or information systems/computer programming.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Working knowledge of relevant operating systems. Microsoft Office.

Perform data entry into the claims processing system, document management systems, databases, and spreadsheets as assigned.

Pharmacy Benefits Specialist I Responsibilities

Pharmacy Benefits Specialist I Qualification:

Educate members, providers, pharmacies, and staff about the formularies and pharmacy benefit policies.

2+ years' experience in client services, account management, or similar customer service related field

Manage assigned member caseload via high-touch advocacy model with a focus on elevating the member experience and promoting engagement.

Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits

Understand product and program guidelines and working to educate CRMs and customers on the capabilities of and best practices for client.

Serve as the liaison to the support organization for client knowledge, and for appropriately managing escalations.

Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.

Prepares administrative, statistical and/or fiscal documents pertaining to departmental activity.

Provides supervision or direction to assigned staff in planning, promoting, and implementing programs in accordance with agency policies and goals.

Plans, develops and conducts training, seminars, meetings, or clinics as required; represents the agency at meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Drafts policies and procedures, and develops contract or grant proposals.

Experience managing the requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)

Experience with managing Title I or other federally funded grant programs
