Provide management with statistical findings, explanations, and conclusions

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or 3+ years of work experience in data or financial analytics

3+ years of work experience in data or financial analytics

3+ years of work experience with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.

2+ years of work experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Knowledge of financial analysis in a healthcare setting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related degree

5+ years of experience in consulting or analytic roles

Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively with internal business partners across multiple departments and business segments

Collaborate with stakeholders responsible for setting financial targets and operational strategies for healthcare affordability programs

Understand and interpret key drivers of health care trends (i.e. medical cost, utilization, etc.)
