As a leader on the Healthcare Economics team, you’ll be expected to be organized, resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, and solutions focused.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improved reporting and presentation of HCE team analyses
  • Understand and interpret key drivers of health care trends (i.e. medical cost, utilization, etc.)
  • Translate and concisely package the work of statisticians and other analytic colleagues into business financials, both forecast impacts and historical explanations, for a senior leadership audience
  • Facilitate meetings to advance project goals
  • Communicate results to relevant audiences and customers to be incorporated into financial forecasts when applicable
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators critical for the measurement of affordability programs and initiatives from the clinical, network and medical claims payment functions
  • Support large, complex projects to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders responsible for setting financial targets and operational strategies for healthcare affordability programs

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced or higher level of proficiency working with formulas, calculations, charts, and graphs in MS Excel
