Behavioral Scientist Jobs in Iowa

Work closely with product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers

Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental design and analysis

Strong informal and formal communication skills. A cross-functional collaborator.

Combine behavioral science theory with advanced research designs and statistical methods to investigate and tackle ambitious business and customer problems

Lead quantitative research through the entire research cycle (e.g. ideation, design, analysis, dissemination)

Present actionable findings, engage partners in research, and influence them to take action

Project management skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines across a variety of initiatives

Develop innovative behavioral finance (be-fi) research ideas focused on improving customer outcomes across all workplace experiences ( Health benefits and wealth/retirement)

Develop partnerships with external academics including formation and management of academic grant proposals and review process

Relevant corporate experience working in an applied behavioral finance role a plus

Prior Financial services and/or Health benefits, or healthcare research experience preferred

Conduct experience audits to provide actionable be-fi based recommendations for team to test and deploy
