Behavioral Scientist Jobs in Arkansas

Work closely with product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers

Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental design and analysis

Strong informal and formal communication skills. A cross-functional collaborator.

Combine behavioral science theory with advanced research designs and statistical methods to investigate and tackle ambitious business and customer problems

Lead quantitative research through the entire research cycle (e.g. ideation, design, analysis, dissemination)

Present actionable findings, engage partners in research, and influence them to take action

Manage qualitative and quantitative primary research projects from start to finish

Manage client relationships and lead vendor partnerships

Minimum 3 years experience within primary research, specializing within behavioral science

Experience working across therapy areas, within the pharma/biotech industries

Conduct behavioral analyses within Pharma or Consumer Health environments

Utilize and develop behavioral science-based frameworks
