Provide case management and group coverage when needed.

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience of project and client management experience including multifaceted projects and teams (including onsite and virtual).

Manages the performance team using metrics and data with focus on project delivery, continuous improvement, and ownership of defect management.

Responsible for completing security audits and case management tool enhancements.

Owns defect management for defects owned by the core delivery team.

Effectively consults with client management team and internal partners on core delivery and new projects.

Clearly articulates service and client health and identifies specific actions, deadlines, and accountabilities when course correction is needed.

Ability to translate management goals and objectives into well-coordinated and controlled work operations.

Provides comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation.

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).

Skill in managing and directing the work of others to accomplish program goals and objectives.

Monitors and distributes provider-specific workload reports to team leaders and ensures provider adherence to workload standards.

Seeks knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice and promotes futuristic thinking.

Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.

Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.

Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.

Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Must meet all legal requirements to bill Medi-Cal

Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) or close to graduating with Master's degree. Clinical License strongly preferred. BBS Associate Number/License (or pending)

Must have a valid California Driver's License and satisfactory DMV record.

Must receive a criminal record clearance through the DOJ and pass pre-employment health and TB screenings.
