Overview A Behavioral Health Care Coordinator is a professional who works with individuals, families, and communities to promote mental health and well-being. They provide support and resources to those in need, and help to coordinate services and resources for those with mental health issues. Detailed Job Description Behavioral Health Care Coordinators are responsible for providing support and resources to individuals, families, and communities in need of mental health services. They work with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate services and resources. They also provide education and support to clients and their families, and work with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of mental health issues and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Ability to assess client needs and develop treatment plans
• Knowledge of community resources and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
