Alay Home Care is looking for a new team member to join our growing team!

Position: Health Care Coordinator - English and Spanish Speaking

Salary: $41,600 Annually

Job Type: Full Time

(90% Work from Home Position)

Job Responsibilities

• Liason between Patients/Patient's Family, Caregivers and Administrative Employees
• Training Caregivers in proper Documentation
• Verifying Caregivers Clock in and out
• Administrative responsibilities as needed
• Reviewing and Approving Caregiver Daily Logs

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have a reliable vehicle for field work if/when needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Must be a New Jersey Resident
• EVV Experience Preferred
• Must have a reliable computer with internet access
• Must be able to pass criminal background check, CARI check and Drug screening.
