Position: Health Care Coordinator - English and Spanish Speaking Salary: $41,600 Annually Job Type: Full Time (90% Work from Home Position) Job Responsibilities: Liason between Patients/Patient's Family, Caregivers and Administrative Employees Reviewing and Approving Caregiver Daily Logs Training Caregivers in proper Documentation Verifying Caregivers Clock in and out Administrative responsibilities as needed Qualifications: Must be a New Jersey Resident Must have a valid Driver's License Must have a reliable vehicle for field work if/when needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Must be able to pass criminal background check, CARI check and Drug screening.
