Responsible for managing all incoming internet and phone leads via the CRM tools.

Prospects for potential customers on a daily basis.

Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.

Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.

Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.

Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.

Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.

Proficient in basic math and writing skills.

Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers

Average Yearly Salary: $32,000 - $48,000 = combining hourly base and bonuses/incentives.**

Previous experience in a customer support role

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Monthly Pay Range: $2,700.00-$4800.00 combining hourly base and bonuses/incentives.**
