Hamer Toyota , a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Automotive Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Representative/Receptionist that align with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.

** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and email
  • Partner with BDC Leadership on activities outside of call center, participate in group activities.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Track all guest data accurately and always entered in BDC Database.
  • Document and update customer records on inquiries on new and Pre-Owned vehicles, internet chats, and circle back on general information questions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships
  • Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
  • Work IN OFFICE SETTING closely with other Sales BDC Representatives. TEAM ENVIRONMENT
  • Always adhere to the company policies as related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
  • Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Schedule high volume SALES APPOINTMENTS with Follow up
  • Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
  • Call Center Experience Preferred
  • Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)
  • Great positive attitude and always looking to contact high volume record of cold-calls and leads.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong record of GREAT customer satisfaction
