Installs, terminates, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical and controls equipment and instrumentation utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills

3-5 years of experience on process automation and/or electromechanical systems.

You will be packing candy and nuts by hand or by machine

Must be flexible to be changing roles in packaging

You will sort and weigh the product, fill the bag or container and seal the bag.

Must be able to stand entire shift and bend from waist to pick up the product

Minimum of 7 years of experience in an automobile company or in the battery development team of a leading company

Minimum of 10 years of experience in an applicable experience in a product development role

Exceptional depth of technical expertise along with strategic thinking and planning capabilities

Direct the construction of the pilot line for cylindrical cell development

Build, test, and analyze lithium-ion batteries for reproducibility and reliability

Familiar with CAD & GD&T , familiar with project management tools

Ability to calculate and design heating and cooling management systems for high voltage battery applications.

Minimum of 3 years in product engineering design release experience

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Develop the design of related components that satisfy vehicle level functional objectives.

Coordinate ePT HVBS packaging activities with advanced concept engineering team.

1+ years of experience in manipulating and analyzing complex & high-volume data from various sources

Strong mathematical/ statistical knowledge relevant to process control and monitoring

Experience with experimental design is a plus

Experience working with high-volume manufacturing data streams is a strong plus

Minimum 2 years of experience as a design or launch/sustaining engineer, preferably in battery or automotive (high volume)

Proficiency in CAD modeling. CATIA V5/V6 experience a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred experience with various manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, metal stamping, thermoforming, welding/brazing, plating, heat treating, and bonding.

Assist Quality Engineers in management of Issue Tracker actions to resolution.

Ability to effectively communicate common issues and defects to leadership and management assisting with solutions.

Assist in the identification and resolution of manufacturing quality issues, contain parts or products as needed, sort parts for quality requirements.

Experience on Model 3 Drive Unit, Battery Module, or Pack lines.

Experience with quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experienced in QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA preferred.

Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance

Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)

Responsible for the tracking and management of provided overtime budgets and efficiency percentages for the department.

5+ years in a leadership, project or program management role.

Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility

Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive

Learn and develop design, electrical, programming, communication, project management skills to prepare for entry into future engineering roles

Develop and improve equipment validation procedures including calibration and qualification

Capacity to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously while balancing competing priorities

This position is for full time nightshift support. 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Act as a liaison between engineering and maintenance departments during off shifts

Lead equipment upgrades with a focus on serviceability, reliability, and process capability

Expand professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars and conferences, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

Specify pack components, materials, & solutions to ensure products meet internal and customer requirements.

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electrification product design or product development.

Experienced with the handling of high voltage lithium-ion battery systems.

Drive the development of new components & assemblies and the creation of tools & processes supporting efficient design.

Act as the primary technical interface to internal & external customers.
