Project, Program, and Portfolio leadership experience with knowledge of management tools, methodologies, and practical application

Program and team management experience or people manager experience with direct reports.

Portfolio, capacity, and financial management experience

Experience providing work guidance and leadership to people and teams in a management role.

Clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of cross-functional project teams and functional management.

Exceptional portfolio, program, and project management skills.

Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills, accustomed to multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience using virtual webinar/meeting platforms to manage and conducting virtual events and/or trainings

Manage event calendar and schedule to program events (approximately two per month).

Experience end to end producing events ranging from 50-500 people

Basic video editing skills preferred

Coordinate with identified speakers ahead of event and conduct dry run/s, as needed for events.

Excellent understanding and proven experience in Enterprise Information Management.

Excellent understanding and proven experience in managing product support and incident management functions.

Experience with contract and vendor management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required

Excellent understanding and experience, along with proven results, that demonstrate successful leadership at divisional and executive levels.

Recent experience using education-speci?c terminology and acronyms, including those in speci?c ?elds such as English Learner and Special Education

Work collaboratively with the ACPS Language Access Manager and with other ACPS departments, offices, and schools

Knowledge and understanding of the school division’s culturally and linguistically diverse community

Superior level of oral ?uency in English and one of the target languages, and exceptional grammar skills.

Well-developed skills in spelling, punctuation, syntax, grammar, and pronunciation of academic English and the target language

Familiarity with laws, policies, programs, and operating procedures found in K-12 educational systems
