3+ years of Production/Technical Management experience in a successful branded company/organization

Clearly define roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure everyone understands their specific roles, contributions and accountabilities

Regularly assess the skills and capabilities of team members to effectively allocate resources based on strengths and development areas

Operational Management with clients including reporting (internal and external)

Respond to, communicate, manage, and track technical issues as they arise in a live production environment

Strong organizational and problem solving skills who brings recommendations and solutions to the table

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road

High degree of interpersonal communication, conflict management skills to tactfully enforce all rules and regulations.

Ergonomic Requirements: Bending, stooping, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, seeing, verbal communication and hearing.

How many years of umpire experience do you have?

Colorado Springs, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

How many years have you played baseball or softball?

Equivalent to a twelfth (12th) grade education. Previous experience working in sporting activities desirable.

$500 hiring incentive after completion of 100 hours worked.

Under general supervision, to umpire men’s, women’s and co-ed softball; and performs related work as required.

Receives general supervision from the Recreation Supervisor. Exercises no direct supervision.

Must possess a valid California driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Provide a safe, fair, and fun atmosphere for all of our league players

Transport and maintain league equipment

Setup and break down field

Submit Scores and game reports

Provide exceptional customer service to all players

Greet and welcome all players

Thorough knowledge of the game of Softball (and/or Baseball)

Strong communication skills – must be personable yet comfortable having authority

Previous officiating or playing experience preferred

Provide the best environment and experience possible for all of our competitors

Arrive early to athletic venue to inspect and set up for competition

Officiate games to ensure that game rules are observed
