Ensure the correct and timely set up of all Banquet Event Order functions.

Breakdown after the completion of functions and ensure that all equipment and supplies are stored properly.

Transport and store tables, chairs, and other equipment.

Requires a minimum of three years experience as an assistant setup manager at a high end/high volume property.

Candidates must exhibit basic computer knowledge (including MS Office, Opera & POS), leadership and organizational skills.

Senior Assistant Manager - Banquet Setup

As Sr. Assistant Banquet Setup Manager your role will include:
