Ability to read and understand a BEO and execute the service set-up requested

Organize tables, action stations, buffets, and carts for service

Supervisor of the housemen and housemen-related duties

All other required service and non-service items may be required

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills

Previous experience working in a union environment

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to work any shift and overtime as required

Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing related field

Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems

Maintains detailed reports for management and develops an accurate bill for service.

Manages transfers and stock inventory.

Manages food materials, inventory, and all operating materials.

Possesses extensive knowledge of food preparation and service.

Coordinates the quality of food service between cooking staff and floor staff.

Slices garnish and prepares decorative arrangements.

The Client Service Summer Associate will support Boston Common’s client service and relationship management team. They will:

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong oral and written communication skills with a straightforward approach

Enthusiasm for and knowledge of financial markets, sustainable investing, and ESG issue areas are a plus

Run data reports and respond to audit confirmation letters.

Work in Salesforce to complete account maintenance projects.
