Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.

Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports

Assist the Banker in deepening the existing client relationship through deep-dive analysis

Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and time management

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

Assist clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed.

High School diploma or GED equivalent required

Three plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services

Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts

Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client's behalf

Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business

Experience working with senior level management maintaining confidentiality

Relevant Investment Banking experience and robust knowledge of all IB products

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

1-3 years corporate or investment banking experience with strong corporate finance/credit background

Ability to identify and assess credit transaction risks and have some knowledge of credit policies and processes

Knowledge of credit underwriting and structuring. Position will regularly collaborate with credit team on analysis, structuring and documentation of credit requests

Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills

Preparing financing feasibility and debt capacity presentations for internal review and to provide to clients and prospects, outlining our conclusions.
