Two years of experience may be substituted for one year of education:

Desired – We hope you have five (5) years of experience in baggage system maintenance, engineering, operational oversight, or design experience.

Problem Solver – You can effectively use your critical thinking skills to quickly address issues and recommend solutions.

Knowledgeable – You have general knowledge of airline baggage handling processes and the airport operations/maintenance of baggage handling systems.

Safety Requirements – You will be required to comply with all work rules, safety, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

At least 2 years of Customer Service experience

Must have experience using computers, including MS Outlook and Office Communicator (Instant Messaging)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

Assisting passengers over the phone when they call inquiring information regarding their baggage.

Monitor the baggage service carousels ensuring all passengers received their baggage

Process delayed, damaged and set up delivery of baggage claims.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
